It’s a fast, accessible, and efficient solution for both tech-savvy and non-tech users.
The AI Calling feature allows customers to book rides by simply calling a designated number. Powered by an AI voice assistant, it gathers trip details such as pickup, drop-off, vehicle type, and passenger count, then generates the booking directly in the Yelowsoft platform—without needing a mobile application.
